|As the House of Representatives returns today from the Fourth of July recess, H.R. 5210, the Patient Access to Durable Medical Equipment Act of 2016 (PADME), has been placed on the suspension calendar to be voted on. H.R. 5210, as amended, would delay the July reimbursement cuts until October 1, 2016, a three-month delay. The vote is scheduled for 2 p.m. EDT under a suspension of the rules. Upon passage of H.R. 5210, the bill will be sent over to the Senate for approval.
